Kelsie Heermans’ journey in senior living began at 16, working in an assisted living kitchen, a path inspired by her grandmother's experience with Alzheimer's. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, she built a diverse career encompassing social services, leadership, human resources, and business operations. This broad foundation provides her with a comprehensive understanding of senior housing challenges and opportunities. Known for her passion for building relationships, Kelsie is dedicated to supporting senior housing owners and operators in achieving their goals.
Now calling Wilmington, North Carolina home, Kelsie enjoys life on the coast, spending time with her family at the beach and appreciating the beauty of the East Coast.
