Challenge

Building a senior living community's brand from the ground up, promoting their different services and their grand opening.

Context

Remember Me Senior Care is a single assisted living and memory care community in Tennessee. They are a brand new community, which means they did not have any web or social media presence. RMSC came to us a year before their grand opening and requested our help building their brand presence online in order to start leasing rooms even before they opened.

Our Strategy

In order to match their traditional values, we developed a friendly social media design based on their brand colors. This allows us to make different kinds of posts (hiring, services, news and updates) while using similar styles to maintain a consistent brand appearance.

We created a set of campaigns that suited their goals. The first campaigns focused on the services they provide as an assisted living and memory care community, showcasing the need for care in their area and the solution they provide. Another campaign focused on the community at large, inviting residents of the city to "become a part of the neighborhood" in an effort to increase their brand awareness and reputation. Finally, we also wanted to focus on their story—owners who went through the process of finding memory care for their mother and feeling like she (and other seniors) deserved better. The power of the story behind Remember Me is what sets them apart, and our campaigns hinged on that fact.
