The Client

Hawaiian Legacy is a healthcare organization committed to serving the people of Honolulu, Hawaii with excellence and compassion. With a mission to provide quality care while preserving Hawaii's cultural values, the organization needed an industry marketing partner to refine the brand, establish the message, and launch its home care agency and branding for the future senior living community development.

Discovery

In 2024, the family-owned and operated Hawaiian Legacy organization partnered with Solinity Marketing to create a comprehensive go-to-market brand strategy that would establish a strong market presence, engage their audience, generate leads, and communicate their values across multiple platforms. When Hawaiian Legacy came to Solinity Marketing, they had a name and a vision: to create a healthcare organization for their local community. Our team was brought in to bring that vision to life. From concept to launch, we developed a cohesive brand identity, built the marketing infrastructure, and helped introduce Hawaiian Legacy to the community with a full-scale brand rollout.

As part of our partnership, Solinity also played a key role in helping Hawaiian Legacy build the foundational business infrastructure necessary for a successful launch of the home care agency, while also establishing business plan marketing for the capital raise and funding of the future senior living community development. Through our consulting and marketing services, we guided the client in establishing the systems, workflows, and tools needed to market efficiently from day one. Our team also provided strategic consulting on operational readiness so Hawaiian Legacy could confidently scale its services. By aligning both the business and brand foundations, we helped Hawaiian Legacy Care launch not only with a strong public presence but also with the internal structure to sustain long-term growth.

The Project

Our team provided end-to-end consulting and marketing services to launch Hawaiian Legacy’s B2C brands: Hawaiian Legacy Care and Hawaiian Legacy Senior Care. This included building a custom UI/UX website, developing traditional marketing collateral, curating their social media presence, and executing a brand kickoff strategy designed to introduce their mission and services to the community.

The Goal

The primary goal was to position Hawaiian Legacy as a trusted, local leader in home care and senior living services while building brand recognition across the region. Key objectives included launching an optimized and user-friendly website, equipping the organization with branded collateral, engaging the community through social platforms, and creating a memorable kickoff campaign to introduce the brand.

Our Solutions

Web Development:

Our team designed and developed a custom website for Hawaiian Legacy, built to showcase their services and values while providing an accessible and intuitive user experience. The site incorporated a modern design aesthetic with culturally authentic touches to honor the brand’s Hawaiian roots. Using current SEO and GEO practices, the site was optimized to reach local Hawaiian families who need in-home care or senior living services.

Resource Creation

A key part of our website optimization process is the creation and rollout of written content pieces. Our team developed a blog strategy based on relevant keywords, which were then implemented as full-length content pieces. These pieces were subsequently repurposed for various other content types.

Collateral Creation:

Our team created a suite of branded collateral, including brochures, business cards, and informational handouts. Each piece was designed to align with Hawaiian Legacy Care’s visual identity, providing consistent branding across touchpoints and supporting outreach and educational efforts.

Social Media Presence:

To establish a strong digital footprint, we launched Hawaiian Legacy’s social media presence. This included setting up branded accounts, creating a content calendar, and designing engaging posts that highlight services, values, and community involvement. Early engagement helped build connections with both local audiences and the broader healthcare community.

Brand Kickoff:

The brand kickoff campaign was designed to generate excitement and awareness around Hawaiian Legacy Care’s launch. We produced branded materials, coordinated messaging, and developed digital campaigns that shared the story of the organization’s mission, vision, and commitment to care. A fundamental piece of the kickoff was the coordination of press releases that circulated, further generating excitement around the new brand.

PR & Media Relations:

The Home Care agency was ready to launch its message as part of the go-to-market plan. We crafted and distributed a branded press release to local media outlets, and the release was published in a variety of news articles, helping share the message about the in-home services available on the island.
