The Mason Center for Healthcare Education is an educational center that offers certification and continuing education courses for healthcare professionals in East Tennessee. Focused on elevating workforce readiness and career advancement, the center needed a marketing partner to help strengthen its brand, launch key initiatives, and engage both students and the local healthcare community.
Discovery
In early 2024, The Mason Center partnered with Solinity Marketing to expand its visibility as a B2B and B2C organization and establish a strong presence across multiple channels. Our team identified opportunities to build a more cohesive marketing foundation, one that communicated the center’s mission, highlighted its impact, and attracted new students.
The Project

The Goal

Our Solutions
Public Relations (PR) and Media Relations:
The press release strategy included an in-depth storytelling component and the center’s ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony was a cornerstone of the PR strategy. When distributed to local media outlets, this press release highlighted the mission and vision of The Mason Center, and provided important event details to generate interest. Our promotional efforts helped to secure 50+ RSVPs from local, high-profile guests, dignitaries, supporters, and community partners.

Photo and Video Delivery:
An event content shoot for the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony consisted of our team capturing, editing, and packaging content. This included on-site photography and videography during the event, with photos and video being delivered post-event. Our team was able to capture key moments of the event that helped The Mason Center showcase its major milestone.

Emceeing the Event
Provided dynamic, on-brand narration throughout the event, including speaker introductions, transitions, and acknowledgments. Highlighted client’s milestones, such as its state-of-the-art classrooms and educational mission, to keep the audience engaged and informed.

Content Creation
Solinity Marketing captured high-quality photos and videos during the event, focusing on candid interactions, speeches, and symbolic moments, like the ribbon cutting. Group photos of VIPs and leadership were organized to commemorate the day and provide assets for future marketing use.
Gifts and Collateral:
Our team took a thoughtful approach to gift and collateral ideation, selection, and design, curating options that aligned with The Mason Center’s branding and audience. We oversaw the design and production of these items, ensuring each was custom-branded to create a premium, memorable experience. Podcast Production:
Solinity Marketing conceptualized, produced, and launched Certify It, The Mason Center’s official podcast. The thought leadership podcast was designed to share student experiences, staff insights, and industry perspectives, extending the center’s mission beyond the classroom. Our team managed branding, recording, editing, and distribution: creating a professional, story-driven platform that continues to attract listeners and potential students.
